AX620E/AX650 Product family

AX620（AX630C、AX620V200 and AX620Q） Series are high-performance AI vision processor for IPC or other intelligent vision applications. They are based on ARM Cortex-A53 dual-core processor with NEON and FPU coprocessor. Many embedded powerful hardware engines provide optimized performance for intelligent vision application, such as NPU/VENC/VDEC/ISP etc. In addition, AX620 series also have powerful security subsystem, supporting TrustZone isolation, firewall access control, crypto hardware accelerator, secure OTP, Secure Boot, etc.
