GD32F5HCxx Series

The devices of GD32F5HC series highly integrated 2.4GHz Wi-Fi System-On-Chip (SoC) 32-bit general-purpose microcontrollers based  on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor with TrustZone®. The Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor includes three AHB buses known as Code and System buses. All memory accesses of the Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor are executed on AHB buses according to the different purposes and the target memory spaces. The memory organization uses a Harvard architecture, pre-defined memory map and up to 4 GB of memory space, making the system flexible and extendable.
