Series 3 Secure Vault™ Certificates

The SiXG301 SoC family belongs to Silicon Labs' next generation Series 3 platform for ultra-low power IoT SoCs and modules. Series 3 provides the levels of compute, security, RF performance, and power efficiency that are necessary to address emerging IoT markets. The SiXG301 is purpose built for line powered smart devices including LED lighting, plugs and switches.

The multi-core device has an ARM® Cortex®-M33 running up to 150 MHz for application development and dedicated cores for the radio and security engine. An advanced secure element, with PSA Level 4 iSE/SE certification, helps to protect both the data and the device. Memory options of up to 4 MB Flash and 512 kB RAM allow for more demanding applications including support for Silicon Labs' concurrent multiprotocol (CMP) that can run both Zigbee and Matter over Thread at the same time on a single device, simplifying SKU management for the product manufacturer and ease of use for the end user.
