SQ713x Series Secure Element

The TOE is a Secure Element which can be used as a Trustable System-on-Chip (TSoC) for providing cryptographic services to a secure connected IOT device. The iMQ SQ713x series platform IC is built on iMQ’s proprietary 16-bit CPU core, the 870E, derived from Toshiba’s 8-bit TLCS-870/C1 core. The 870E core retains the same instruction set architecture (ISA) as the 870C1. However, its internal general-purpose registers, as well as the address, instruction, and data buses, have been upgraded from 8-bit to 16-bit.
