Employing a dual RISC-V architecture, the ZPS3044/WMS300 series SoC features a main core designed for high performance and a sensor core optimized for low power usage.
The series boasts a flexible memory architecture that allows for code execution from either embedded memory (ROM, RAM) or external non-volatile memory (NOR Flash). The NOR Flash is capable of handling accesses through both Execute in Place (XIP) and parallel data commands.
The series integrates a CPU, GPU, SRAM, and controllers for PSRAM,NOR Flash memory, and NAND Flash memory. Additionally, it offers a comprehensive suite of interfaces, including SDIO, eMMC, SPI, UART, I2C, PDM, and I2S.
