RA4L1 MCU Group Certificates

The Renesas RA4L1 MCU group features low power, 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 (CM33) core with TrustZone®, delivering an ideal balance of low voltage operation, low power consumption and high performance. The RAL1 offers operation down to 1.6v combined with a low power standby current of as little as 1.65µA and a multitude of low power features enabling the user to dynamically optimize power/performance to their application requirements.

​These MCUs include low power features such as Segment LCD display drive and an advanced security engine, as well as RTC, ADC and timers   as well as integrating communications interfaces such as CAN FD, USB 2.0 FS, I2C/I3C and Low Power UARTs making these devices ideal for many Industrial Automation, Home Appliances, Smart Home, Consumer, Building/Home Automation and Medical/Healthcare applications.
